Merger by absorption of Lyxor SPI® UCITS ETF
We are pleased to inform you of the merger by absorption of Lyxor SPI® UCITS ETF into Amundi MSCI Switzerland UCITS ETF. The effective date of the merger is scheduled on 27 January 2023.
We believe that this merger will allow for a larger fund size, and achieve economies of scale in the management of the fund that will directly benefit investors, while getting exposure to the same target asset classes.
